These Billing Terms and Conditions explain billing-specific matters when you place an order through eliteretreatshq.com. Elite Retreats HQ ships and bills only within the United States.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state and local tax laws. The total tax amount is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Elite Retreats HQ collects and remits sales tax in jurisdictions where we have a tax obligation. If your shipping address is in a jurisdiction where we do not have a tax collection obligation, you may still be responsible for reporting and remitting use tax to your state or local authority.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment method is declined or fails authorization at the time of order placement, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made to your account. You will be notified by email and may attempt to place the order again with a different payment method.
If a payment is successfully authorized but later fails at the capture stage (for example, due to insufficient funds or an expired card), we will contact you by email to arrange an alternative payment method. If we are unable to capture payment within 7 business days of attempted capture, we may cancel the order and release any remaining authorization holds.
Order Acceptance and Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
Reasons we may refuse or cancel an order include but are not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify billing or shipping information
- Product unavailability from the manufacturer
- Pricing or product information errors
- Shipping restrictions or limitations to the destination address
- Violation of these Billing Terms and Conditions or our Terms of Service
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address you provided at checkout. If payment has been captured prior to cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge from Elite Retreats HQ is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us first. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing dispute promptly. Most billing concerns can be resolved more quickly through direct contact than through a chargeback.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may:
- Provide documentation to your bank or card issuer demonstrating the validity of the charge
- Pause or cancel any pending orders associated with the disputed payment method
- Decline to accept future orders from the same customer
Filing a chargeback for a charge that was authorized and is supported by these Billing Terms and Conditions, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service may be considered a breach of these terms.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we may perform additional verification on orders that show indicators of potential fraud. This may include contacting you to confirm your identity, requesting additional information, or declining to process the order. We may also share order information with payment processors and fraud prevention services as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
If you believe your payment information has been used to place an unauthorized order with us, please contact us immediately and notify your bank or card issuer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Billing Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, payment processing, or applicable law. Changes become effective when posted to this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website and placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
