Elite Retreats HQ is an authorized dealer of premium outdoor furniture, fire pits, fireplaces, and outdoor heating, based in Troutman, North Carolina. Founded in 2024 by a U.S. Army Special Forces veteran, the store was built on one principle: when you're spending thousands of dollars on outdoor furniture or fire features, you deserve to talk to the person who can actually solve your problem — not navigate a phone tree, not repeat your story to a new rep every time you call.

How We Work
Elite Retreats HQ holds authorized dealer agreements with manufacturers including Lloyd Flanders and Cal Flame, and carries select products from established brands including Dimplex, FireMagic, American Fyre Designs, Cowboy Cauldron Co., and Timber Stoves through trusted distributor relationships.
Every product on the site comes from authorized supply chains. Every product carries the manufacturer's standard warranty. Orders ship from manufacturers we partner with directly, or from regional distribution centers for brands we carry through distributors — depending on the product line.
This distinction is worth being explicit about. Not every outdoor furniture retailer can say it. Many online "dealers" are reselling products sourced from gray-market suppliers, with warranties that don't transfer and post-sale support that disappears the moment the order ships. We're not that.
